Job summary

Frontier Dermatology invites skilled healthcare professionals to join our Back Office Lead role in Vancouver, WA. The Lead will supervise clinical staff, coordinate day-to-day operations, and ensure a smooth patient experience across multiple clinic locations in the district.

The position requires leadership, MA training, and experience with EMR systems. Travel to sister clinics is required, with mileage reimbursement, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical support across assigned locations.
• Coach and train Medical Assistants and coordinate staffing.
• Monitor compliance, safety and patient care standards.
• Prepare schedules in Shifts 2 months in advance and ensure coverage.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and support EMR/pathology workflows.
