Job summary

Frontier Dermatology is seeking a Back Office Lead in Vancouver, WA. The role leads day-to-day clinical support across district clinics, coaching Medical Assistants and coordinating staffing to ensure smooth workflows and high patient experience.

The position requires traveling to multiple locations in the district. Pay ranges from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, with an additional differential based on experience and location. Eligibility for benefits applies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program with CMA/RMA certification preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience or training in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical support services across assigned locations.
• Coach and train Medical Assistants; coordinate staffing for consistent workflows.
• Monitor compliance, safety, and operational readiness; escalate issues as needed.
• Attend monthly safety meetings.
• Support clinical services across location including dermatology workflows.
