Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a central office CTE coordinator to support Career and Technical Education across Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. The role collaborates with the NCDPI, CMS central offices, school coordinators, and teachers to ensure effective instructional management and career development services district-wide.

This multi-licensure position requires a Bachelor's degree and a current NC teaching license (CIMC/SPC/CDC). Five years of related education experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Current NC teaching license (CIMC/SPC/CDC) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to state and district policies and procedures.
• Implement district CTE plans and accountability metrics.
• Coordinate CTE development and career readiness activities with schools.
• Collaborate with NC DPI, CMS central offices, and school coordinators.
• Support professional development and data-driven instruction.
