Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Consumer Banker in Dayton to deepen client relationships by booking business and coordinating with Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, and Treasury Management teams.

You will open accounts, perform maintenance, and run teller duties as needed while actively engaging clients through calls and conversations. Travel up to 60 miles daily and stay compliant with bank policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. May obtain notary authorization Possesses a strong level of bank product knowledge and solid sales skills.

Responsibilities

• The Consumer Banker will work with existing clients and prospect for new clients to deepen client relationships by booking business and referring to internal partners.
• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run a Teller drawer as deemed necessary by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow up.
• Travel between banking centers; daily travel shall not exceed 60 miles per day.
