Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Science and Management required.
• Six years of engineering or construction management work experience, or an approved acceptable equivalence.
• A motor vehicle operator’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and oversight of highway construction contracts, including documentation, sampling, testing, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate construction activities with engineers, consultants, contractors, and district personnel; prepare performance plans and evaluations.
• Supervise staff, coach employees, and manage work processes; assist in scope development for CEI contracts and selection committees.
• Travel as needed and work extended hours or outside normal schedule when required.
