Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative (SaaS) to sell cross-industry solutions to Line of Business Executives, CHROs, and COOs seeking a blended workforce solution. You will build and manage territory plans, source prospects, negotiate pricing and contracts, and drive long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SaaS sales, strong communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of selling experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present a technology solution without a Sales Engineer.
• Proven track record of success against quarterly quotas.
• Direct field experience with enterprise accounts.

Job Summary

Position: Sales Representative (SaaS). This role sells cross‑industry solutions to Line of Business Executives (SMB and Enterprise) who want to leverage a blended workforce—employees, contractors, alumni, vendors, freelancers—to drive productivity and efficiency. The role also targets CHROs and COOs seeking to provide an FMS shared service that enables the LOB to use a blended workforce compliantly.

• Proven track record of success against quarterly quotas.
• Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Docs.
• Excellent telephone sales personality skills; expert in CRM software solutions; strong organization and presentation skills.
• Highly energetic, self‑starter; BA/BS degree recommended.
• Direct field experience working with enterprise accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of selling experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience in the HCM industry.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $62,700 – $124,700 USD per year. Compensation may also include bonus, equity, or commissions. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short‑ and Long‑Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
