Job summary

Dealer Services International (DSI), a division of ORW, is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive sales growth across major dealerships in your territory. You will educate dealers on aftermarket solutions, build strong relationships, and close new business while collaborating with ORW/4WP stores to ensure top-quality installations.

You will lead pricing discussions, present packages, and work to increase market share with new and existing clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling aftermarket or OEM parts/solutions.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with at least five years of driving history; MVR check required.
• Proven success in acquiring new customers and growing market share.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with dealership leadership and dealer groups.
• Influence dealers to partner with DSI for aftermarket solutions and drive new business.
• Educate dealership leaders on industry trends and solutions.
• Present and sell DSI’s pricing, packages, and warranties.
• Work with local ORW/4WP stores to ensure timely product installations.
• Prepare forecasts, develop a sales pipeline, and close deals.
• Exceed sales targets contributing to growth and profitability.
