Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or related field
• New Mexico license applicable to assignment.
• Experience working in public education, student support services, or program implementation
• Strong data literacy and ability to use student information systems (e.g., PowerSchool) and survey tools (e.g., Panorama)
• Able to understand and apply the concepts of strategic planning with resultant successful implementation to enhance student success and improve student achievement
• Able to demonstrate proficient application of word processing, database, and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead professional development and facilitate collaborative team meetings
• Demonstrated a willingness to seek professional development in all aspects of the professional area
• Commitment to educational equity and family engagement

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Multi-Layered Systems of Support (MLSS), SEL frameworks, and chronic absenteeism research
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency
• Experience managing family & community outreach programs
