Job summary

Belen Consolidated School District Transportation Department is seeking Bus Assistants to support the 2025-2026 school year. Hours and days vary by route, with starting date immediately and compensation $16.68–$17.46 per hour.

Required qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, CPR and First Aid certifications, and strong conflict resolution and student management skills. This is a full-time on-site position based in Belen, NM.
