Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Asset Protection & Safety Specialist to lead district-level programs across stores and corporate interfaces. You will investigate incidents, review CCTV footage, and drive loss-reduction strategies while ensuring compliance with SOPs.

The role requires multi-site security experience, a preference for related degrees, and the ability to travel regularly to company sites.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in multi-site retail security / loss prevention.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CCTV systems and interview techniques.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual helpful.

Responsibilities

• Executes asset protection and safety programs to reduce shrink and incidents.
• Responds to incidents at sites and conducts investigations including CCTV reviews.
• Reviews audits and prepares data/reports for management.
• Coordinates with store leadership and law enforcement as needed.
• Travels to multiple sites regularly; driving license required.
• Develops loss reduction strategies with district management.
