Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking an Asset Protection Manager to support multi-store districts in Virginia and nearby markets, including investigations and shrink reduction initiatives. You will lead AP programs, supervise staff, and coordinate with law enforcement to uphold safety and security standards.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, overseeing security resources, training, and promoting a culture of safety across stores and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years multi-store format retail AP managerial experience.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of CCTV, alarm, access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district manager to execute shrink & safety plans.
• Conduct investigations and report findings to stakeholders.
• Manage security resources and ensure equipment works.
• Implement AP programs and supervise training.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and support AP strategies.
• Travel to stores to ensure AP initiatives are executed.
