Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead asset protection programs across the district. You will train store teams, conduct investigations, and partner with management to reduce shrink while safeguarding customers and associates.

This salaried, full-time role requires travel to all stores in the district and offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay. Texas-Corpus Christi area location with in-office work setup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District and/or Multi-Unit.
• Familiarity with asset protection programs and software Think LP and Secure 5; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience conducting internal investigation interviews and managing external apprehension programs; proven incident resolution.
• Travel is required to all stores within the designated district.

Responsibilities

• Foster cross-functional partnerships with district, regional and store management and other teams on asset protection matters.
• Audit locations and provide actionable analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership in implementing asset protection programs.
• Oversee shortage control staffing across all stores in the district.
• Conduct and manage investigations, interviews, audits, and system controls.
• Monitor physical security systems including CCTV, alarms, and EAS.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and legal professionals.
