Job summary

HealthActions is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead front office operations across six outpatient physical therapy clinics in the Southwest region. The role focuses on improving access, scheduling, and patient experience while developing high-performing administrative teams.

You will collaborate with Clinic Managers, regional leadership, and centralized Patient Access teams to optimize workflows and drive clinic performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare/administration or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Multi-site healthcare operations leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation, physical therapy, healthcare administration, or ambulatory care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for front office across multiple clinic locations.
• Travel regularly to clinics to coach teams and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Develop scheduling strategies to maximize clinician productivity and patient access.
• Monitor appointment gaps, cancellations, and no-shows; implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Clinic Managers and regional leadership to align staffing and priorities.
• Serve as liaison between clinic teams and centralized Patient Access functions (insurance verification, authorizations, registration).
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve clinic performance.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adherence to regulations.
