The Sherwood Construction in Tulsa, OK seeks a safety-minded distributor truck operator to apply asphalt bonding agents, load and secure materials, and maintain logs in compliance with PPE and process rules. Travel may be required.
Candidates must have a clean driving record, a high school diploma or GED, and be 18+ with Class B CDL and Tanker Endorsement or willingness to obtain them. Experience is a plus; outdoor, weather-exposed work required.
The Sherwood Companies have a proven track record of completing a variety of projects from General Construction, to Construction Management and Design Build Projects for both public and private owners. A brief summary of the types of projects include, urban expressways, bridges, underground utilities, dam construction, asphalt/concrete paving and water/wastewater treatment plants.
The employee will be responsible for the safe operation of a distributor truck to place asphalt bonding agents. The incumbent will need to operate in a safe and efficient manner following all personal protective equipment (PPE) and process requirements. This role is classified as safety sensitive. Travel may be required.
