The Logistics Fulfillment Execution Analyst supports end-to-end basing logistics execution by coordinating schedules, daily operations, and recovery plans across transportation providers, warehousing, fulfillment, damage prevention, and customer management. This role translates planning signals into actionable operating plans, monitors execution to service and cost targets, identifies risks and constraints, and drives cross-functional actions to stabilize performance and drive predictability. The analyst serves as an operational connector across internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, disciplined follow-up, and timely escalation to protect customer service and working capital.
This role is responsible for coordinating, communicating, and executing transportation plans and for tracking carrier and vendor performance metrics related to cost, transit time, velocity, and working capital management. The analyst services internal and external stakeholders by preparing performance insights, facilitating decision-making, and driving follow-up actions through S&OP, S&OE, Brewery Replenishment, and Fulfillment Planning.
Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and work on a computer; occasional lifting may be required. Field/onsite visits, warehouse/transportation facility walk-throughs, or audit support may be required; travel as needed.

The salary range for this role is: $58,800.00 - $102,100.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
