Job summary

Belltower Fund Group is seeking a Fund Operations Senior Associate to execute distribution events across a portfolio of investment funds. You will work on the Distributions Team within Fund Accounting, ensuring accurate, timely distributions with strong controls.

You will collaborate with Legal/Compliance, Tax, and Treasury, supporting time-sensitive workflows and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with investment funds and understanding of the operational lifecycle of private equity, venture capital, or similar closed-end vehicles.
• Strong organizational and process-minded approach to time-sensitive workflows.
• Ability to review documentation and ensure accuracy across systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution workflows across multiple funds and entities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Review supporting documentation and fund data; prepare and track payments.
• Resolve exceptions and ensure activity is reflected in the fund accounting systems.
