Who We Are

My client is a local family-owned wholesale distributor with over 50 years of experience, focusing on building relationships and providing quality service with flexible delivery and payment options.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily operations of the distribution warehouse, overseeing all warehouse productivity (~30 staff), including receiving, unloading, inspecting, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Leverage computer data related to worker productivity and inventory accuracy to implement performance improvement policies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Managers to forecast workloads and hiring needs.
• Recruit, train, and coach warehouse staff.
• Participate in creating the annual business plan with branch management.

This role requires a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment, stepping in actively when necessary.
