Job Description

Automation Personnel Services is seeking Warehouse Associates for a company based in Pelham, AL. Responsibilities include unloading and verifying shipments, picking, loading, and sorting outbound shipments in the warehouse.

Pay Rate: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 5:00 pm

Warehouse Associates - Duties and Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments, verify quantities, and ensure labels match inbound paperwork
• Inspect inbound shipments for damage and report damages
• Pick, pack, and load customer orders following established procedures
• Return misplaced or erroneous items to proper locations
• Maintain organization and proper stacking of products
• Assist with bin consolidation
• Adhere to housekeeping responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Lift up to 75 pounds consistently
• Background check and drug screening required
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus

Full-time, Temporary to hire
