Sign-on Bonus: $500.00

Shift: 4PM - 1AM, Sunday - Thursday

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Tuna and Fish Cutters to join our team. As a Production Cutter, you will prepare specialty cuts of meat efficiently to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

1. Select products from pick tickets and stage for production
2. Cut product to meet specifications
3. Transport finished product to packaging line
4. Weigh products for compliance
5. Replenish stock as needed
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area
7. Handle products properly and report damages
8. Follow company policies and safety guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

This role may include other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
