Job summary

Lennox is seeking a distribution associate in Edgerton, KS to lead receipt of goods, verify shipments, and pack for transport. The role requires at least 5 years related experience and knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures.

Forklift operation and a valid license may be needed, with lifting up to 50 pounds. The position is hourly, non-exempt, with overtime eligibility and a starting pay range of $22.68–$29.77 per hour, reflecting market and location.

• Thorough knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures including handling exceptions.

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record may be required.
• Able to operate powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

As a lead, this distribution associate provides work leadership and performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products. The person in this position must effectively coordinate teamwork activities.

What We Offer

Compensation:

This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $22.68hr to $29.77hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
