Job summary

TOPS Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Distribution Associate in Pennsylvania. You will document inventory movements, use ERP and inventory systems, and maintain records on tablets or computers. Day shift with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, $21 per hour.

You will support production, handle outbound shipments, receive materials, and perform paperwork to track inventory. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with ERP or inventory software is preferred.
• Comfort with computers and handheld devices daily.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and kit materials for production.
• Build, stage, and prepare outbound shipments with accuracy.
• Receive materials and document inventory using ERP.
• Complete daily paperwork to track inventory movement.
• Pick and fulfill orders using RF scanners.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift preferred).
• Package and label orders for shipment.
• Assist with returns processing.
• Participate in physical inventory counts.

About the Role

TOPS Staffing is partnering with a growing organization to hire Warehouse Distribution Associates who enjoy staying organized, working with systems, and keeping operations running smoothly. This role goes beyond basic picking and stocking—you’ll be trusted to accurately document inventory movements, use ERP and inventory systems, and keep records up to date using computers or tablets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support production and internal teams by preparing and kitting materials as needed
• Build, stage, and prepare outbound shipments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and document inventory using ERP or inventory software
• Complete daily paperwork and electronic documentation to track inventory movement
• Pick and fulfill orders using RF scanners or handheld devices
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (experience preferred)
• Package and label orders for shipment
• Assist with processing returned or warranty items
• Participate in physical inventory counts and help organize incoming shipments

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Strong comfort level using computers, tablets, or handheld devices throughout the workday
• Experience with ERP systems or inventory software is highly preferred
• Ability to accurately complete paperwork and electronic records
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs as needed
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus, but not required
