Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations across a 24/7 fleet, plan driver schedules, coordinate routes, and ensure deliveries are completed on time.

You will drive a culture of safety and performance, monitor KPIs, conduct safety audits, build strong customer relationships, lead a small team, and collaborate with operations to meet service level goals in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 3–4+ years of related experience and some supervisory exposure.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of specific experience and 1–2+ years supervisory experience.
• CDL Class A license or willingness to obtain within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling including driver schedules and routes.
• Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement and motivation.
• Monitor driver performance, analyze KPIs, and address gaps to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and safety standards via audits and training.
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance schedules, demand, and workload.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication.
• Other duties as assigned.
