Job summary

Techtronic Industries - TTI in Wellford, SC seeks a Trainer - Distribution (2nd Shift) to deliver equipment training for Powered Industrial Trucks and related procedures. You will use existing work instructions, training materials, and PPE to train operators and monitor progress, aligning with SOPs in the distribution departments.

The role requires self-direction, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years related experience.
• Excellent English oral and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret charts, schedules, and records.
• Able to operate powered industrial trucks safely with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment training for Powered Industrial Trucks using established work instructions and PPE.
• Plan and facilitate training aligned with SOPs in the distribution departments.
• Maintain training files and complete training documents via SharePoint and PowerApps.
• Develop training materials with the Training Manager, Safety and Management.
• Provide feedback to improve training or material to drive continual improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
