Job summary

TTI Floor Care North America is looking for an Operator II on 2nd shift at our Greer/Wellford, SC location. This role supports a large-scale distribution facility and involves standing, operating a stand‑up forklift, and performing multiple work functions across inbound, outbound, and processing areas.

You will handle palletizing, stock putaway, order fulfillment, and retrieval tasks while following safety guidelines and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum requirements for the Operator II position.
• Able to work long hours and weekends as needed.
• Physical dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 lbs with team lifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate lifts equipment following DC safety guidelines.
• Follow inbound SOPs and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform pallet building, loading, and palletizing tasks as part of inbound/outbound processing.
• Handle order fulfillment and retrieval tasks using powered equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with company policies.
