Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, inc. in Wellford, SC is seeking a Trainer - Distribution (2nd Shift) to develop and deliver equipment training for powered industrial trucks, using established work instructions and PPE.

The role requires self-direction, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; candidates must stand and lift up to 50 lbs and be available for long hours/weekends.

Qualifications

• High School education or 2-3 years of related experience.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of interpreting and/or completing charts, schedules, reports, forms, and records.
• Must possess physical dexterity sufficient to accomplish required tasks.
• Capable of operating powered industrial trucks and equipment safely by following established work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment training for all positions on Powered Industrial Trucks.
• Use established work instructions, training material, and PPE to train an operator and monitor progress.
• Plan and facilitate training in conjunction with SOPs of the distribution departments.
• Maintain training files, both physical and electronic.
• Complete training documents via SharePoint Site and PowerApps.
• Develop training material in conjunction with Training Manager, Safety and Management.
• Provide feedback on training or material to improve processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
