Job summary

Astound is seeking a Warehouse Technician I/II to support receiving, testing, staging and shipping of equipment. You will maintain inventory accuracy, prepare orders for delivery, and generate warehouse reports while following safety and company policies.

The role requires independent work, basic technical aptitude, and knowledge of cable TV products. Base pay ranges between $18.00 and $25.20 per hour in Washington, with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to adhere to local, federal regulations and company policies
• Ability to implement simple record keeping procedures
• Ability to drive company vehicle safely
• Ability to measure distances with tapes or measuring devices
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to demonstrate courtesy and patience in customer relations
• Knowledge of cable television products and service
• Ability to comply with safety procedures
• Knowledge of office equipment: computer, telephone, copier, fax, calculator, stapler
• Knowledge of basic mathematics and electronics
• Ability to use hand tools: drills, hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers
• Ability to work with small components and wires to make cable connections
• Ability to maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver's license, forklift operation, hand truck operation, organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for pickup or shipping
• Receive and process CPE/warehouse stock and other deliveries; clean and prepare equipment
