Astound is seeking a Warehouse Technician I to handle general warehouse and distribution support in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include preparing orders, receiving stock, maintaining inventory, testing equipment, and ensuring safety compliance. Prior experience is not required, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0 years of experience is acceptable.
• Maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver's license.
• Fork lift operation and hand truck operation are expected.
• Ability to adhere to local, federal regulations and company policies.
• Ability to drive company vehicle safely.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics and electronics.
• Ability to use common office equipment (computer, telephone, copier, fax, calculator, stapler).
• Knowledge of cable television products and service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for pickup or shipping.
• Receive and process CPE/warehouse stock and other deliveries; clean and prepare equipment.
• Perform warehouse inventory controls and generate warehouse reports.
• Test and stage equipment and manage retail equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform other duties as assigned.
