Job summary

Ridgeview is seeking an inventory specialist responsible for maintaining floor stock and PAR level items at our Minnesota facility. The role involves creating department-specific inventory lists, serving as the first contact for inventory issues, and ensuring supplies stay at appropriate levels.

Responsibilities include daily inventory assessments, identifying damaged or expired products, and assisting in purchasing or returns for respective departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain.
• Must be 21-years of age to meet Ridgeview's insurability requirements.

Job Functions

Minimum Education/Work Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 + years of experience in healthcare supply chain
• Must be 21-years of age to meet Rigeview's insurability requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions
• Ability to make simple mathematic calculations, including the use of a calculator
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above

License/Certification

• Valid MN Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of storeroom and inventory functions in a healthcare setting
• MN DOT Certification

Compensation

Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as: the requirements of the position, experience, education, knowledge, and skills along with location and internal equity. Pay listed does not include any shift, weekend, or other differentials.
