Job summary

Ridgeview Medical Center is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain floor stock and PAR level inventories. You will manage location-specific lists, ensure supplies are stocked, and assist with organization of the central distribution area to support accurate counts.

The role requires a High School diploma, the ability to perform basic math, and strong English communication. This is an on-site position within a healthcare setting with responsibilities including handling damaged or expired items

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks as required by the position.
• Basic math and calculator use for stock tallies.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain location/department inventory lists and keep supplies at appropriate levels.
• Identify and process damaged, recalled and expired products.

Job Functions

• Maintains location/department specific inventory lists and ensures supplies are kept at appropriate levels.
• Checks, identifies and processes damaged, recalled and expired products.
• Maintains central distribution area to ensure supplies are clean and well organized to support accurate inventory counts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education/Work Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions
• Ability to make simple mathematic calculations, including the use of a calculator
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in the English language and respond accordingly to complete job functions
• Ability to communicate in the English language
