Job summary

New Balance is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate in Salt Lake City to support distribution operations. You will lead data-driven problem solving and monitor processes to maintain safe, high-quality inventory flow.

The role requires familiarity with WMS, RF scanning, and strong English communication. Applicants should have 2+ years in warehousing and be able to lift 50 lbs and operate lift equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate lift equipment up to 40 feet.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment or related area.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk on concrete for 8+ hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct data-based problem solving to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Monitor distribution processes and ensure standard work methods are followed.
• Perform duties of Distribution Associates: pick, pack, ship, returns, inventory logging.
