Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in distribution, construction, maintenance, and/or operations.
• Two years supervisory experience in distribution activities or equivalent.
• Commercial Driver’s License for emergency situations preferred.
• Able to travel to various locations for 1–5 days during the week.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to maintain a safe distribution system and work environment.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation within department budgets.
• Supervise construction, maintenance and operation of the distribution system to meet standards and customers' needs.
• Ensure employees are trained and aligned with company safety and EQP/Policy manuals.
• Manage performance reviews, promotions, discipline and staffing decisions.
