Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RDC leadership to enhance operations and meet performance goals.
• Engage, motivate, and lead onsite staff with coaching, training, and development.
• Monitor and implement improvements to reduce shipping-related damage.
• Maintain a well-trained staff aligned with the staffing model.
• Identify cost savings and drive efficiency using lean principles.
• Lead safety culture and deliver safety training for all members.
