Job summary

HD Supply seeks an experienced DC leader to drive the operation of a Distribution Center in support of company goals. You will provide input on operations planning, financial management, reporting, fleet management, and inventory control to the DC Manager.

You will lead a team, ensure safety and hazmat compliance, and participate in budget development and process improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a distribution center, including 3+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Provides input to DC Manager for operating plans for warehouse and transportation operations.
• Identifies departmental financial resources and supports budgeting with the DC Manager.
• Leads safety and hazmat compliance, and ensures security of associates, facility, equipment, and inventory.
• Manages performance of Assistant Manager and/or hourly staff; coaches and develops team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
