• Supervisory experience in a distribution or warehouse setting.

• Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE) and related vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Directs employees in receiving, picking, packing, and stowing.
• Evaluates work for effectiveness and resource use to meet goals.
• Manages administrative duties including leave approvals and trainings.
• Establishes deadlines, sets priorities, and coordinates with other supervisors.
• Operates MHE such as forklifts (up to 10,000 pounds), warehouse tractors, and stock selectors.
• Ensures safety and security practices per OSHA and DLA standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
