Job summary

The Associate I at CFS Brands is a key part of our 500,000 square foot distribution center in the Savannah area (Ellabell, GA). You will help receive, inspect, and prepare shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and support daily distribution goals.

This role operates on second shift, Monday–Friday, 4:30 pm to 1 am, and requires safety-conscious teamwork, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with Blue Yonder are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and documentation.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution or logistics environment preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (Blue Yonder) and barcode scanning technology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments according to company procedures
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain organized and clean work areas to comply with safety and quality standards
• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to management promptly
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily distribution goals
• Adhere to all company policies, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance
