Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead a hourly team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will oversee operations, coach staff, and ensure safe, efficient handling of goods.

Responsibilities include meeting productivity and service goals, monitoring KPIs, fostering Lean improvements, and maintaining a clean, compliant workplace while supporting client needs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and motivation skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making to overcome obstacles.

• Organizational skills and multi-tasking; cross-training capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Assist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chains.
• Ensure acceptable levels of performance by meeting productivity standards and cost control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting KPIs (order fill rate accuracy, inspections, inventory) for the area.
• Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, Lean, and process improvements.
• Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment; meet safety goals.
• Effectively communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates.
• Coach, train, and mentor associates to grow and develop.
• Conduct annual performance reviews.
