Job summary

Mondelez Global LLC is hiring for Regular – Warehousing & Logistics Operations Management, Customer Service & Logistics. You will oversee warehouse operations with focus on service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal compliance and policy adherence, collaborating with third‑party logistics providers.

Key responsibilities include stock reconciliation, SAP interface monitoring, KPI tracking, capacity utilization, tender support, and full‑cost analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft applications, especially advanced Excel skills.
• Enjoys teamwork.
• Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain functions.
• Analytical thinking.
• Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system.
• Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures for missing KPIs.
• Work with service providers to ensure the delivery of trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, respecting quality and HACCP guidelines.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, co‑packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf‑life monitoring and management, support reduction of write‑offs, and seek opportunities to improve productivity.
• Conduct project‑related and ad‑hoc tasks, particularly continuous improvement projects, tenders and peak management.
• Build and provide full‑cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities.

You will execute warehouse operations in terms of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policy compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third‑party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. Responsibilities include inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interface monitoring, track and trace, claim management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tender support, third‑party performance management, pallet management.

Education / Certifications: High School

Work Schedule: 12 days on, 2 days off (7 pm – 3 am)

Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700, depending on experience, skills, education and location. The position is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with over‑achievement potential. Additional benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some benefits have eligibility requirements. No relocation support available.
