Mondelēz International is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in the United States. You will drive inventory control, KPI tracking, and coordination with 3PLs to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective distribution across the network.
Proficiency in SAP R3 and strong analytical skills are essential for optimizing capacity and reducing write-offs. The role requires collaboration with internal partners, adherence to HACCP guidelines, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

You will execute warehouse operations in terms of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policy compliance. You will work collaboratively with internal and external partners, including third‑party logistics vendors, to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. Responsibilities include inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third‑party performance management, pallets management, and related activities.

Work schedule: 12 days on, 2 days off (7 p.m. – 3 a.m.)
Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
