Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in the United States. You will drive inventory control, KPI tracking, and coordination with 3PLs to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective distribution across the network.

Proficiency in SAP R3 and strong analytical skills are essential for optimizing capacity and reducing write-offs. The role requires collaboration with internal partners, adherence to HACCP guidelines, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Experience in logistics operations and supply chain functions is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse operations focusing on service, cost, health and safety, quality and policy compliance.
  • Manage inventory activities including iDoc management and stock reconciliation; monitor KPIs.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and performance.
  • Support tenders, performance reviews and cost analyses; provide full-cost analysis and risk assessment.
  • Track and trace inbound/outbound activities and manage claims and invoices.

Job Description

You will execute warehouse operations in terms of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policy compliance. You will work collaboratively with internal and external partners, including third‑party logistics vendors, to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. Responsibilities include inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third‑party performance management, pallets management, and related activities.

How You Will Contribute
  • Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system, working with stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacity.
  • Work with service providers to ensure delivery of trading partners in terms of punctuality, completeness, quality and HACCP guidelines.
  • Monitor inbound, outbound, co‑packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf‑life management, support reduction of write‑offs and constantly look for opportunities to improve productivity.
  • Conduct project‑related and ad‑hoc tasks, particularly in connection with continuous improvement projects, tenders and peak management.
  • Build and provide full‑cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities.
What You Will Bring
  • Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with Excel.

Work schedule: 12 days on, 2 days off (7 p.m. – 3 a.m.)

Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education‑related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company. No relocation support available.
