Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a seasoned Logistics Operations Manager to oversee warehouse, transportation, international logistics and co-packing. You will lead teams, manage costs, and align operations with the business plan while ensuring health and safety, quality and legal compliance.

The role requires 8–10 years in logistics and the ability to build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

You will support end-to-end logistics (physical flows from plants to customers),including all warehouse, transport and co-packing operations, in terms of service, cost, health andsafety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will provide team leadership and direction for the logistics organization. In this role, you will implement logistics strategy and effectively execute operations to ensure optimum logisticssolutions while supporting various routes-to-market, and balancing service and cost. You will workcollaboratively with internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners toensure effective management, timely solutions and execution.


How you will contribute


You will:



  • Be accountable for warehouse, transportation, international logistics (import/export) and co-packing operations


  • Ensure the implementation of the business plan by delivering a consistent servicelevel, adapting the supply chain to the demanding and changing customer environment andensuring sufficient operational capacity to deliver business needs


  • Be accountable for delivering logistics operational cost budget, ensuring that best-in-class controls andgovernance are in place


  • Foster, initiate and lead continuous improvement programs that reduce cost andour carbon footprint and improve the service performance of the operation


  • Ensure successfulproject implementation


  • Select,manage and develop long-term relationships with third-party service providers


  • Ensure adherence to health and safety, quality, food defense and legal requirements andpolicies


  • Establish a business continuity plan for logistics operations.


  • Support best-practices sharing and adoption

Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree is required


Job specific requirements: 8-10 years of experience in the logistics industry and leading teams.


Travel requirements: Up to 10% per year. Domestic travel to cross docks and annual meetings.


Work schedule: Monday-Friday (Occasional weekends). Onsite role.


Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $109,000 to $149,875; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
