Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Denver is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of product within policy and customer requirements, and to manage drivers within a specific territory.

You will lead the distribution team, train drivers, and coordinate with sales, fleet, and warehouse partners to keep operations efficient. Weekend/holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery.
• 2+ years’ experience supervising delivery staff.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations/guidelines preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Class A CDL is required.
• Occasional work on weekends and holidays.

What Does a Distribution Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?

• Communicate with sales, fleet, warehouse, and other partners to ensure business operations are as efficient as possible
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required
• 2+ years’ experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry required
• Knowledge of DOT Federal state regulations/guidelines preferred
• Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines
• Class A CDL is required
• Occasional work on weekends and holidays is required

Base pay range is $72,410 to $95,038 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
