Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead the delivery team across a defined territory, ensuring on-time, accurate fulfillment and adherence to policy and customer requirements.

You will train and evaluate drivers, coordinate with sales, fleet, warehouse and other partners, and drive a culture of trust and productivity while maintaining compliance with DOT guidelines. 4+ years in consumer products distribution and Class A CDL required, weekend work sometimes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery.
• 2+ years’ experience supervising delivery staff.
• Class A CDL is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution team ensuring proper delivery according to planned volume and policies.
• Train, develop and evaluate drivers to efficiently deliver and merchandise product.
• Communicate daily with the delivery team to foster visibility, trust and productivity.
• Coordinate with sales, fleet and warehouse to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What Does a Distribution Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of product, according to policy and customer requirements, and management of drivers within a specific territory.

Responsibilities:

• Manage distribution team ensuring proper delivery according to planned volume, customer expectations and internal policies
• Train, develop and evaluate drivers to efficiently deliver and merchandise product
• Communicate daily with the delivery team to create visibility while fostering a culture of trust and productivity
• Communicate with sales, fleet, warehouse, and other partners to ensure business operations are as efficient as possible
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required
• 2+ years’ experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry required
• Knowledge of DOT Federal state regulations/guidelines preferred
• Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines
• Class A CDL is required
• Occasional work on weekends and holidays is required

Base pay range is $72,410 to $95,038 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
