Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in the Bellevue area to oversee delivery operations and driver performance, ensuring adherence to policy and customer requirements. This role manages drivers within a defined territory and collaborates with sales, fleet and warehouse teams to maximize efficiency.

You will train and develop delivery staff, monitor DOT compliance, and step in as a driver when needed, contributing to a fast-paced, safety-conscious distribution network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Fill in as driver as needed (depending on sales center size)
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Details:

Schedule: 2:00am - 10:30am Mon - Fri (Additional hours/weekends may be required based on business needs).
Job Level: 5

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Valid CDL A required
• Familiarity with DOT regulations required
• 4+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required
• 2+ years’ experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry required
• 2+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required
• 2+ years’ experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry required
• Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with the other departments and functions
• Able to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines
• Occasional work on weekends and holidays is required
