Base pay is $80,169—$92,197 annually with a bonus structure. Requires CDL A, DOT familiarity, and 4+ years in consumer products/direct store delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid CDL A required.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations required.
• 4+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required.
• 2+ years’ experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry required.
• 2+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with other departments and functions.
• Flexible and adaptable to rapid change.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Occasional weekend and holiday work required.

Base pay range is $80,169 to $92,197 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
