Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee delivery operations within a defined territory. You will manage drivers, ensure on-time product delivery, and enforce company policies to meet customer expectations.

This role requires CDL-A, DOT regulation knowledge, and 4+ years in consumer products/direct store delivery with 2+ years in supervision. Strong MS Office skills are essential and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• CDL A required.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations required.
• 4+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery.
• 2+ years’ experience supervising delivery staff in distribution industry.
• 2+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage human capital ensuring proper delivery per plan, policy, and customer requirements.
• Train, develop and evaluate drivers to improve delivery efficiency.
• Communicate daily with delivery team to maintain visibility and productivity.
• Coordinate with sales, fleet, and warehouse to optimize operations.
• Fill in as driver as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
