Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Distribution Specialist I in Frederick, MD to manage daily warehouse tasks, receive shipments, and dispense GMP materials to support production operations. You will maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts while following established procedures.

Department: Supply Chain Job Title: Distribution Specialist I

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Handle the day to day assignments of warehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities.
• Receive incoming shipments of non GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures.
• Dispense GMP materials to support production operations.
• Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments as needed, ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed.
• Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and accurate ERP transactions.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to warehouse operations team and communicate when appropriate.
• Cross train in additional areas of the warehouse operations.
• Prepare general shipments and equipment as required per established policies and procedures (excluding patient material).
• Ensure individual employee training is up to date.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and keep warehouse operations clean and inspection ready.
• Complete in house forklift certification.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Duties may be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed.
