Merit Brass is seeking a motivated Distribution Specialist for our Cleveland, OH location with Monday-Friday 2nd shift and a +10% shift premium. The role focuses on accurate picking/packing, receiving, and inventory control while supporting overall warehouse operations.

We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within the company. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and capable of lifting 50-70 lbs, with PIe equipment experience and willingness to work overtime when

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum two years of warehouse experience or equivalent.
• Leadership experience with analytical problem-solving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack using PowerdPick and D365.
• Perform receiving and put-away for various transfers.
• Support inventory accuracy and on-time delivery to customers.
• Assist in training and development of associates.
• Help achieve safety, quality, productivity, and customer metrics.
• Operate PIE equipment following safety procedures.
