Job summary

Merit Brass is seeking a Distribution Specialist for the 2nd shift (12:00 pm–8:30 pm, Monday–Friday) at our Cleveland, OH location. The role requires warehouse experience, basic math, and leadership capabilities to support inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will pick/pack using PowerdPick and D365, handle receiving/put-away, and assist in training teammates while maintaining safety and quality goals. OT may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of warehouse experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math tasks.
• Must be able to stand, bend, push, and pull bulky material for the shift.
• Willingness to work overtime or alternate schedules when required by management.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack products using PowerdPick and D365.
• Perform receiving functions, including receipt and put-away for overseas, domestic and inter-company transfers.
• Assist in activities that support inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Support training and development of associates within determined areas.
• Strive to achieve production metrics including safety, quality, productivity, and customer needs.
• Operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) following safety procedures.
