What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Regal Rexnord premium motors and drive sales growth through distribution channels
- Create excitement around converting contractor preferences to Regal Rexnord solutions
- Identify opportunities for targeted sales growth, including training and contractor engagement
- Maintain trust and confidence among internal teams to achieve sales objectives and contractor retention
- Participate in product training and Business Team Unit strategy sessions as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of HVAC/R or Leisure Water sales/service relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- High level of personal initiative and ownership of sales performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams)
- Must reside in the designated territory (California, Arizona, or Nevada)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an HVAC contractor/technician
- Demonstrable track record of strong commercial leadership and achievement of sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft/Salesforce platforms)
- Understanding of 80/20 principles and Lean Management concepts
