ISUZU COMMERCIAL TRUCK OF AMERICA INC. is seeking a Distribution Operations professional to administer daily vehicle distribution activities in a fast-paced office environment.

You will process requests from dealers, fleets, and regional staff through multiple channels, maintain documentation, and monitor order reports to resolve issues. The role includes liaison duties with body companies, verification of purchase orders, and handling vehicle holds with system entries and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Two years of college-level education or equivalent directly related experience.
• Minimum three years in telemarketing, customer service or distribution.
• Automotive/heavy truck experience desirable.
• Knowledge of inventory control, record keeping, and data recording.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP preferred; mainframe systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Processes requests for information, changes, and updates from dealers, regional and fleet personnel via phone, e-mail, internal electronic mail system, and fax.
• Maintains proper documentation on important issues and audit trails.
• Monitors reports from daily order processing and coordinates with dealers to resolve issues.

JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the administration of all Commercial Vehicle distribution activities.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Processes requests for information, changes, and updates from dealers, regional and fleet personnel via phone, e-mail, internal electronic mail system, and fax. Maintains proper documentation on important issues.Monitors reports generated from daily order processing and takes appropriate action that requires communicating with dealers to resolve issues. Processes daily assignments from the ports, body companies, and mod center.Processes daily shipment reports from ports, body companies, and the mod center. Maintains proper audit documentation.Acts as main liaison between Isuzu and body companies.
