HR Services Brand in North Carolina seeks a Distribution Supervisor to support the Distribution Manager in daily warehouse operations, ensuring on-time deliveries, shipment accuracy, and inventory integrity.

The role focuses on coordinating FedEx, UPS, and daily outbound shipments, backing up parcel processing, maintaining shipping documentation, and coaching warehouse staff to improve productivity and accuracy.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Experience with FedEx, UPS, LTL carriers and transportation documentation.
Knowledge of ERP, WMS, or AS/400 systems preferred.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct daily warehouse and distribution activities with the Distribution Manager.
Ensure all customer shipments are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Monitor outbound shipments (FedEx, UPS, LTL) daily.
Serve as backup for the Warehouse Operator responsible for FedEx/UPS parcel shipments.
Process shipping documents, labels, bills of lading, and carrier paperwork as required.
Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damaged shipments, and delivery issues.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Production, Planning, and Purchasing to meet shipping priorities.
Assist with inventory control activities including cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
